Good Morning love bugs, I come to you with another blog post inspired by real life events. How many of you remember getting your first bicycle when you were a kid. Remember how your parents had to put the training wheels on first and you would ride around with the training wheels as your guide. Then you eventually graduated to riding without the training wheels, and one day you got a big kid bicycle. I can’t relate to this story my parents never bought me a bicycle but I figured you guys would relate.
Anyways, that’s what’s missing in today’s new emerging culture. Nobody wants to be caught dead riding around with training wheels on. We want the big kid bicycle now, even though we can’t even ride yet. It has become and expectation to not start small, go big or go home has become the motto of our generation. But whatever happened to going little by little until we get it.
It makes me happy I’m not a kid growing up in today’s world, I got to enjoy high school without lip fillers and social media. It was amazing, I can’t even imagine going through that awkward time and having to relive it everyday on social media. I was a dorky twelve year old with bangs who wore glasses and talked too loud. Nobody needs to know about that but me and the girls I went to boarding school with.
Don’t get caught up thinking you need the “big Lifestyle” right this second when you can barely afford the one you have. I challenge you to change your thinking, manifestation can be an amazing thing. But instead of thinking about all the expensive things we want, let’s think on that one life changer that will get us those things. For example Instead of saying I want to own a big house, try thinking I’m going to get that promotion that’s going to afford me that new house. Or I will launch my company this year and that will afford me all the luxuries I want.
It’s ok to start small, our entire existence, Mother Nature, the universe and everything we know has and continues to be done in stages. From the moment you are planted inside your mother’s womb your development happens in stages young grasshopper. Do not be fooled by appearances and do not try to appear as if you are one of them, you are something magical always and forever. Have a great week love bugs.
