Ok so a good friend once told me it takes twenty one days to form a habit, after that you start running on automatic. I have been slacking off in the gym seriously, I’ve fallen off track and gained a lot of unnecessary weight. I decided to apply the twenty one day rule to get myself back on track.
So I was having a conversation with an old friend yesterday who I haven’t talked to in years, isn’t that how it always starts. I was talking to my old friend about possibly going forward with my Masters degree after I finish my Bachelors in December, “I wanna see how far I can go you know” I told him. So I did my usual over night deep condition three weeks ago the same way I always do it. I use a deep conditioning cream as my base and added my favorite oils. I like olive oil, almond oil, caster oil and a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
